Hey there!  I'm Lisa Alley and that little furball in my lap is Miss Shelby the Shih Tsu.  I've been quilting for over 20 years and though I wasn't born with a needle in my hand like a lot of the folks I know, I've made up for lost time.  I lost count at about 600 quilts finished.  (We won't talk about the unfinished ones.)  Shelby has slept on a lot of those quilts.  She feels it's her duty as Head Quilt Tester.  There is a Mr. Alley and thank goodness he's a good soul and tolerates the quilting paraphernalia all over the house.

I love quilts...all quilts.  If asked to categorize myself as a quilter, I'd say I'm inclusive.  I like it all.  
I don't have a favorite color.  I like them all.
I'm laid back like that.
